description
LONG PENDANT LIGHT
The invention relates to an elongated pendant lamp.
From the prior art, an elongated pendant light is known, which is intended to be suspended for operation on ropes on a ceiling. The lamp has for this purpose clamp-like attack elements for the ropes, which are arranged in a central region of the pendant lamp. The pendant must therefore be designed accordingly stable. In addition, the aforementioned attack elements, which are separate parts, are required for suspension. Also, a light output to the top by the attack elements and the adjoining cable sections is fundamentally impaired.
The invention has for its object to provide an improved pendant lamp. In particular, the pendant should allow a particularly simple production and thereby have improved design and light emission properties.
This object is achieved according to the invention with the object mentioned in the independent claim. Particular embodiments of the invention are indicated in the dependent claims.
According to the invention, a pendant lamp is provided which has an elongate main body extending along a longitudinal axis, so that the main body with respect to the longitudinal axis has a first end portion and a second end portion. Furthermore, the pendant lamp comprises a first end part, which is arranged on the first end region and a second end part, which is arranged on the second end region. The first front part has a receiving means for connection to a first suspension element for fixing the pendant lamp to a ceiling and the second front part in particular analogous designed this, further receiving means for connection to a second suspension element for attachment of the pendant lamp on the ceiling.
The fact that the recording means are integrated for the suspension elements in the two end parts, can be dispensed with corresponding separate elements.
As a result, the production of the pendant lamp is simplified. In addition, can be achieved in this way that a light output of the light up is not interrupted by the suspension elements.
Preferably, the receiving element is formed by a recess, in particular in the form of a passage opening. As a result, a particularly simple and secure and effective attachment of the suspension element is possible with small-scale design of the recording element.
Preferably, the pendant lamp is designed such that for attachment to the ceiling except the first suspension element and the second suspension element no further suspension element is required. As a result, a particularly undisturbed light output is made possible in particular upwards.
Preferably, the first end part and the second end part are designed as die-cast parts. This is manufacturing technology advantageous.
Preferably, the main body has an elongated, designed as a single piece wall element, which is designed and arranged so that it adjoins both directly to the first end portion and directly to the second end portion. By means of such a wall element, a suitable overall stability of the luminaire can advantageously be achieved in a simple manner in terms of production technology. Preferably, the wall element consists of an opaque material, for example aluminum. Particularly advantageously, the wall element is designed as an extruded profile.
Preferably, the main body also has another wall element, which is preferably designed and arranged analogously to the first-mentioned wall element. As a result, two side walls of the luminaire can be formed in a particularly suitable manner.
Preferably, the main body further comprises a translucent cover, which is designed and arranged so that it is adjacent both directly to the first end portion and directly to the second end portion. As a result, on the one hand, the main body can be designed to be particularly suitable for manufacturing technology, and on the other hand, a particularly suitable protection of a light source arranged in an interior space of the pendant light can be achieved.
Preferably, the pendant lamp is designed such that, when the pendant lamp is oriented as intended for operation relative to the vertical, the translucent cover member facing upward. This makes it possible to achieve a particularly suitable protection of a light source for emitting light upward, for example, to produce an indirect illumination.
Preferably, the pendant lamp is designed such that the main body viewed in a cross section normal to the longitudinal axis has a maximum extent, which is smaller than 50 mm, preferably smaller than 40 mm. This makes it possible to achieve a particularly slim design of the luminaire.
Preferably, the pendant lamp further comprises an LED light source for generating a light that is emitted by the pendant lamp in an outdoor space. Since LEDs can be designed to be particularly small, this makes the light particularly suitable to make very slim.
Preferably, the pendant lamp is designed such that the light when the pendant lamp is designed as intended for operation relative to the vertical, on the one hand in the lower half-space is discharged and on the other hand in the upper half-space. As a result, the lamp is particularly suitable for generating a direct and indirect lighting.
Preferably, the pendant lamp further comprises an operating device, in particular in the form of a converter, for operating the LED light source, wherein the operating device and the LED light source are arranged such that they do not overlap viewed along the longitudinal axis. As a result, the lamp can be designed with a particularly small cross-section normal to the longitudinal axis suitable.
Preferably, the pendant lamp further comprises a lens element for influencing the light.
The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment and with reference to the drawings. 1 shows a perspective sketch of a pendant luminaire according to the application obliquely from below, [0022] FIG. 2 shows a perspective sketch of the luminaire obliquely from above in the manner of a
3 is an exploded perspective view around the first end portion of the main body and the first end portion of the pendant lamp; FIG. 4 is a perspective sketch around the first end portion and the first end portion of the pendant lamp; 5a shows a side view of the first end region and of the first end part, FIG. 5b shows a corresponding front view, and FIG. 5c shows a corresponding top view. [0026] FIG.
Fig. 1 shows a perspective sketch of an embodiment of a pendant lamp according to the invention. The pendant lamp has an elongate main body 1 extending along a longitudinal axis L so as to have a first end portion 11 and a second end portion 12 with respect to this longitudinal axis L.
To power the pendant lamp is an electrical cable 30th
Furthermore, the pendant lamp has a first end part 2, which is arranged on the first end portion 11, and a second end part 3, which is arranged on the second end portion 12.
For attachment to a ceiling, the pendant lamp with a first suspension element 4 and a second suspension element 5 can be connected to wear. The two suspension elements 4, 5 are for example - as in the embodiment shown here the case - each a rope. In general, however, the suspension elements can also be designed differently, for example as pendulum rods.
Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the pendant lamp from another direction and in the manner of an exploded view. The first end part 2 has a receiving means 21 for connection to the first suspension element 4. This can also be seen in FIG. 3, which shows a corresponding representation around the first end region 11 of the main body 1 and the first end part 2. The first end part 2 is shown translucently in Fig. 3 for better visibility of the structures.
The receiving means 21 is preferably a recess, in particular a passage opening. This embodiment is particularly suitable when the cable 4 - as outlined for example in Fig. 3 - has a thickened end portion 41 which has a larger cross-section than the feedthrough hole. To connect the rope 4 with the front part 2 then the rope 4 only has to be threaded accordingly through the feedthrough hole. The recess thus represents, so to speak, a cable receptacle. A separate attachment element is not required for this purpose.
Fig. 4 shows in perspective the first end part 2, which is connected as intended with the first suspension element 4. In the example shown, the feed-through hole 21 is formed on an opposite side of the main body 1 by an elongated, in particular vertically extending groove 211 which extends up to an upper side of the first end part 2 and - as better seen in FIG. on a, the main body 1 side facing by a communicating with the groove 211 hole 212, which is preferably tapered conically towards the groove 211 out.
As is apparent from Fig. 4, can be achieved by the groove 211, that the cable 4 with respect to the longitudinal axis L does not extend beyond the first end portion 2 addition. This is advantageous for the design of the external appearance of the pendant lamp. The conical configuration of the hole 212 facilitates facilitated threading of the rope 4.
Fig. 5a shows a sketch of a side view of the first end portion 11 and the first end portion 2, Fig. 5b is a corresponding front view and in Fig. 5c is a corresponding top view. The first end part is again delineated in Fig. 5a, so that the configuration of the receiving means 21 in the form of the groove 211 and the hole 212 can be seen.
By the described "reduced" design of the receiving means 21, the first end part 2 can be carried out particularly small-scale and expedient.
The second front part 3 preferably has an analogous, in particular mirror-symmetrical design for this purpose.
Any height adjustment of the pendant light can be provided on ceiling-side support elements of the suspension elements 4, 5.
Alternatively, the attachment of the suspension elements 4, 5 or ropes or pendulum to the end parts 2, 3 may be designed differently. In principle, it is possible to use known mechanisms, wherein a height adjustment possibility can be provided or formed directly on the luminaire itself.
Preferably, the pendant lamp is designed such that for attachment to the ceiling except the first suspension element 4 and the second suspension element 5 no further suspension element is required. As a result, the design of the pendant lamp can be particularly easy to perform, so that can be dispensed with further fasteners; In addition, the main body 1 must basically have a lower overall stability compared to the case of a, in a central region attacking suspension of the pendant lamp. In addition, this is a design of the pendant light can be achieved, which produces a particularly appealing appearance.
The first end part 2 and the second end part 3 are preferably designed as die-cast parts. As a result, the end parts 2, 3 can be produced particularly advantageously with their receiving means.
As can be seen from Fig. 2, the main body 1 preferably has an elongated Wan-delement 13 which is designed and arranged so that it is adjacent both directly to the first end part 2 and directly to the second end part 3. Preferably, the wall element 13 is designed from a single piece. By means of this wall element 13, the pendant luminaire can be manufactured in a particularly suitable manner, while structurally advantageously designed stably. Particularly suitable is the wall element 13 designed as a profile body.
For a suitable connection with the first end part 2, the latter can have at least one engagement element 25 which, for this purpose, engages in a correspondingly corresponding recess structure of the profile body. The same again applies to the second end part 3.
Preferably, the wall element 13 is made of an opaque material, such as aluminum. As a result, the wall element 13, for example, is particularly suitable as a side wall element of the pendant lamp. In terms of manufacturing technology, the wall element 13 can be designed as an extruded profile.
As in the example shown, the case, the main body 1 preferably also has a further wall element 14, which is designed and arranged in particular analogous to the first-mentioned wall element 13. In particular, by the wall element 13 and the further wall element 14 two, with respect to the longitudinal axis L opposite side wall elements of the pendant lamp may be formed.
Further preferably, the main body 1 further comprises a light-transmitting cover member 15 which is designed and arranged so that it is adjacent both directly to the first end part 2 and directly to the second end part 3. As a result, the main body 1 can be constructed in a manner that is suitably stable in terms of production technology. In addition, this can be a suitable protection of an interior of the pendant lamp achieve, for example, to protect a light source of the pendant lamp. Preferably, the pendant lamp, as is apparent from Fig. 2, designed such that the translucent cover member 15 facing upward, when the pendant lamp is provided as intended for operation relative to the vertical. The translucent cover member 15 may be made of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), for example.
As is apparent from Fig. 4, the translucent cover 15 may have a recess or a hole for the passage of the cable 30.
In the example shown, the pendant lamp has an LED light source 6 for generating a light that is emitted by the pendant lamp in an outdoor space.
In this case, the design is preferably such that the light, when the pendant lamp is provided as intended for operation relative to the vertical, is discharged on the one hand into the lower half space and on the other hand in the upper half space. As a result, can be suitably achieve a downward direct lighting and an upward, indirect lighting. For this purpose, the LED light source 6 can have at least one, in particular horizontally aligned, printed circuit board, on which LEDs pointing upwards and downwards are arranged.
In the example shown, the LED light source 6 is arranged below the translucent cover member 15, so that the latter forms a suitable protection for the upwardly facing LEDs. For holding the LED light source 6, a support plate 16 may be provided.
If only two suspension elements 4, 5 are provided, each bearing on one of the two end parts 2, 3, a particularly undisturbed light output can be achieved upwards.
Furthermore, the pendant lamp preferably has an operating device 7 for operating the LED light source 6, in particular in the form of a converter. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the operating device 7 and the LED light source 6 are preferably arranged such that they do not overlap one another viewed along the longitudinal axis L. As a result, the pendant lamp can be made suitable with a particularly small cross-section normal to the longitudinal axis L, so very narrow.
In the example shown, a control gear carrier plate 17 is provided for fastening the operating device 7.
Furthermore, the pendant lamp, as is apparent from Fig. 2, have a further LED light source, which is arranged opposite with respect to the operating device 7 of the first-mentioned LED light source 6, so that the operating device 7 with respect to the longitudinal axis L is arranged in a middle region of the main body 1.
2, the pendant lamp for influencing the light generated by the LED light source 6 can still have a lens element 8, in particular in the form of a lens cluster, in particular for influencing that part of the light which is emitted downwards becomes. Furthermore, a further translucent cover element 20 may be provided on the underside of the lens element, which is arranged in particular in one piece and extending continuously between the two end parts 2, 3.
As is apparent from Fig. 2, in the embodiment shown, at least one connecting element 18 may be provided for connection between the wall element 13 and the further wall element 14; In particular, such a connecting element 18 can be arranged in each case on each side of the operating device 7. Reference numeral 19 denotes reflector elements which serve to influence the upward part of the light.
The pendant lamp may in particular be designed such that the main body 1 considered in a cross section normal to the longitudinal axis L has a maximum extent, which is smaller than 50 mm, preferably smaller than 40 mm. The length of the pendant light can be over one meter, preferably over 1.5 m. Overall, therefore, a particularly narrow, elegant-looking shape of the pendant lamp can be achieved.
For example, the pendant lamp is particularly well suited as an office lamp. It combines particularly advantageous the corresponding lighting technology with a contemporary design.
